  • WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN?
  • You can arrive to collect keys and drop luggage from 15:00 however the particular apartment that you book may be ready earlier than standard check in time. Please ensure you confirm your expected arrival time with us so that we can plan to meet you.

  • WHAT TIME IS CHECK OUT?
  • Check out time is before 12:00 on the day of your departure, unless otherwise agreed. If you are leaving early on the day of departure we are ready to meet you any time or also in some places it is possible to drop keys in partner Banks or Shops. Please note that late check-outs in some apartments may incur additional charges.

  • HOW DO I CHECK IN?
  • One of hosts from our team will meet you near apartment you booked in arranged time, mostly it is near entrance of apartment or shop nearby. Please note the time and place must be arranged in advance, in case you can’t meet Host, please call us on phones provided on website, if you can’t call from your phone ask taxi or other people around to help you to make a call.

  • CAN YOU SUPPLY WELCOME PACKS?
  • We are happy to do this as long as we have enough notice. Please supply a list of products. This will incur an additional fee of $15 on top of the cost of the products. Please contact our office to arrange.

  • WHO CAN I CONTACT IN AN EMERGENCY?

  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
  • Two weeks notice is required to avoid charge. You can send your cancellation notice via e-mail to [email protected], In either case we will confirm the cancellation. For further information please see our terms and conditions.

  • DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
  • On booking, reservation deposit will be required to reserve the accommodation. Bookings will be confirmed once this reservation deposit is received. Credit or debit cards supplied at the point of booking may be pre-authorised with a nominal amount to confirm their validity. A non-refundable reservation deposit will be required to reserve accommodation for bookings that start more than two weeks in advance. Full payment for all bookings will at your arrival date. The reservation deposit will be deducted from the final rental balance; the balance is paid one week before arrival.

  • CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?
  • You are able to extend your stay as long as we have not taken another booking.

  • CAN I HAVE THE PROPERTY CLEANED?
  • We offer the option of having housekeeping service in the apartment, cleaning and changing towels/beds/linen once a week is free of charge, additional cleaning fee is 10$, towels/beds/linen change + 5$.

  • WHAT IF I HAVE A GUEST TO STAY?
  • If you are planning to have a guest stay with you, you need to notify us for health and safety reasons. If you require extra bedding and towels we can supply these, however in some cases a charge may apply.
